Mel is rock solid calm with a warm caring heart. Our dogs (Maggie the labrador and Charlie the Cavalier King Charles spaniel) just absolutely adore her and have enjoyed every adventure she's taken them on. Mel and Take the lead have been amazing with our two dogs Bentley and Bella. Bentley has really found his place in the pack and settled down and almost completely stopped chewing our dining furniture. Bella is loving the attention and we have found that she is much less anxious.
Mel is sensible, friendly, professional and trustworthy. I'm fairly sure that after their first adventure out that my dog would happily abandon me for Mel. She's been super flexible as plans have changed and the email updates after the walks are so sweet! Highly recommended. (21/2/21)
Highly recommend Take The Lead adventures to anyone. Mel is lovely and fantastic with our girl Lucy who has joined her pack. Lucy comes back one tired and happy girl! Mel is great with communication, straight after her walk we receive an email with the time, duration and photos. It’s definitely the highlight of Lucy’s week! (21/2/21)

I highly recommend take the lead to anyone wanting adventures for there dog. My Ollie goes out on a Tuesday morning adventure and has the time of his life. It’s the best thing I’ve done as I’m unable to get him out like I used to due to my health. He is so excited to go he dosnt stop to say bye lol.
